Maria is a Holistic Chef and the founder of NooriBite. Her approach to food was shaped by her own experience, a turning point in her health that led her to study how everyday meals affect energy, digestion, and how we feel.
She trained in culinary nutrition and functional cooking to understand food as more than fuel. That foundation now shapes every dish NooriBite prepares.

Most meals are naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined-sugar-free with a few dishes where I use ancient grains or a little cheese because they genuinely belong. Every meal is prepared in small batches, with attention, in our kitchen at New Covent Garden Market.”
